Dispatch

We endeavour to have all orders packaged and shipped within 3 working days. Please note a longer dispatch time is likely during busy periods. If an item goes out of stock, we will email you asap to inform of a longer dispatch time.

We deliver Worldwide to allow as many people as possible to have some Ren&Gem in their lives.

Delivery Costs

UK domestic delivery (approx 3 working days) - £2.95

EU standard delivery (approx 3-5 working days) - £3.95

Rest of World delivery (approx 7 working days) - £5.95

If you require your order sooner, please drop us an email at hello@renandgem.com and we will do our best to arrange alternative shipping.

Customs

Please note, international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes which may be imposed. Customs can also delay your order; this is unfortunately completely out of our control.

 

RETURNS

Exchanges / Refunds
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of your order date. All returns must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached. If you would like an exchange/refund or have an issue with your product, please send us an email at hello@renandgem.com asap.

Exchange / Refund Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
