When will my order be shipped?

We endeavour to have all orders packaged and shipped within 3 working days. Please note, dispatch may be longer during busy periods. If an item goes out of stock, we will email you asap to inform of a longer dispatch time.

We deliver worldwide.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery - £2.95

Europe delivery - £3.95

Rest of the World delivery - £5.95*

Please note, delivery will take longer over holiday periods.

Do you offer refunds?

Exchanges / Refunds
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of your order date. All returns must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached. If you would like an exchange/refund or have an issue with your product, please send us an email at hello@renandgem.com asap.

Exchange / Refund Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What are your products made from?

All Ren&Gem sweatshirts and tees are made from 100% organic and fair trade cotton.

How do I care for my Ren&Gem item?

Our sweatshirts and tees should be washed at 30degrees and not tumble dried.

All our garments are screen printed for a quality finish (no plastic lettering here!). There may be some slight fade over time due to the nature of this process, however, we believe this only adds to your sweatshirt or tee!
